Why we built this
Property hunting in Nigeria is noisy. Fake listings, inflated prices, agents who vanish after a deposit — we got tired of watching people lose money to a process with no paper trail.
So we built a platform where the listing, the agent and the money are all traceable. Agents are approved by a human being before they publish. Properties carry a permanent reference number. Booking fees and featured-listing charges are invoiced and settled through Paystack, which means there is always a receipt.
Verified agents
Every registration is reviewed manually. Unapproved accounts cannot publish listings, collect leads or take payments.
Documented listings
Title deeds, survey plans and C of O documents can be attached to a listing so buyers inspect before they commit.
Transparent money
Booking fees, service charges and featured boosts are itemised on a numbered invoice and paid through Paystack — no cash handovers.
Secure by default
CSRF protection on every form, encrypted Paystack keys, validated uploads and nightly database backups.
